We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager who will help us shape, refine, and amplify this narrative for platform engineers, SREs, DevOps, and IT operations teams worldwide.
The Role
You will lead product marketing for Kestra’s infrastructure and cloud automation capabilities.
Your mission is to deeply understand the challenges faced by modern IT and platform teams, and translate Kestra’s strengths into clear, compelling stories that resonate with technical and executive audiences.
You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Solutions Engineering, Growth, Developer Advocacy, and Customer teams to ensure a consistent, powerful narrative across the entire go-to-market motion.
This role combines strategic ownership with a very hands-on approach: messaging, storytelling, content, enablement, packaging, launches, and field support.
What You Will Do
You will define the core messaging for Kestra in infrastructure, cloud automation, and operational workflows, and ensure it is expressed consistently across all teams.
You will create high-quality content including solution guides, launch assets, deep dives, customer stories, and architectural overviews.
You will build and maintain sales and marketing playbooks and ensure continuous enablement across the field organization.
You will help structure and communicate Kestra’s value for enterprise environments: governance, reliability, hybrid execution, security, auditability, and predictable economics.
You will work with Product to align roadmap and messaging, and guide how new capabilities are packaged and brought to market.
You will engage directly with customers to validate and refine the narrative, gather insights, and tell their stories.
You will represent and express the values of open-source, and help translate them into a strong enterprise message.
You will operate in a data-driven manner, using metrics and outcomes to reinforce positioning and improve GTM performance.
What You Bring
A strong background in product marketing across infrastructure, cloud automation, platform engineering, SRE, or IT operations.
The ability to turn complex technical capabilities into simple, elegant, high-impact messaging.
Excellent written communication and storytelling skills.
Experience working with highly technical audiences and cross-functional teams.
A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, execution-driven approach.
Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where clarity, rigor, and quality matter.
Interest in open-source and the modern cloud/infrastructure ecosystem.
A data-driven way of thinking and a natural focus on value and outcomes.
